Argentina. Axis Communications announces its first Axis Academy of 2015 in Buenos Aires, which will be held this June 16, 17 and 18 at the Novotel hotel (Av. Corrientes 1334), from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the first two days we will work on the fundamentals of network video, while the third day will be focused on the design of a video surveillance system.
The Axis Academy are three-day face-to-face training courses in which practical workshops and theoretical training specialized in video surveillance solutions are carried out. They are specifically aimed at technicians and engineers from integrating partners of the company's channel program.
This Academy will explore topics such as basic camera installation, image usability, bandwidth optimization and video analytics. This aspect will be complemented by a class on the architecture of a network video surveillance system, taking into account needs in each case, location of the cameras, video analytics and network performance, among other aspects. All the theory presented is put into practice in a laboratory session.
"Our goal is to always be one step ahead, that's why we seek to constantly train our partners and customers on current and fundamental issues for our market," says Juan Pablo Tavil, Axis sales manager for the Southern Cone.
Under the direction of company experts, these courses help participants solve their doubts and prepare for the development of specialized video security projects. In addition to the face-to-face modality, Axis has a platform of virtual courses that can be accessed for free and that allow you to be constantly trained on the new trends in video surveillance.
