Mexico. Since the first days of February Central de Alarmas, the largest security company in Mexico, takes the role of authorized parther of Ajax Systems in the Mexican territory and will offer the solutions of this brand to its customers.
This union is also strategic because Central de Alarmas de México has to date 76 years of experience and has highly qualified personnel to provide services that meet the highest quality standards.
Among the Ajax solutions that will be powered by this new alliance is its security systems, which will be installed and monitored 24/7.
Monitoring solution
According to an official statement, Central de Alalarms de México uses professional monitoring software integrated with Ajax through Translator, an app to connect Ajax security systems to alarm receiving stations.
"This ensures data sharing, including the transmission of photos captured by MotionCam line detectors, and provides fast and secure alarm verification for security companies. This solution adds value to the monitoring service. Customers can rest assured that their company responds appropriately in the event of any emergency event."
Another relevant detail is that Ajax technology has redundant communication: Ethernet, Wi-Fi and GSM. In this way, all events are transmitted to the central monitoring station.
Miguel Bárcenas, special projects leader at Central de Alarmas de México, commented:
"When I came across Ajax Systems, I understood that we have something in common. We are committed to the concept of 'Innovation at the service of protection'. This is not only a phrase that could well be a slogan. During our cooperation, I realized that what they conceptualized they really consolidated."
He also assured that Ajax devices, in addition to being highly aesthetic, are powerful, reliable and easy to install. "The company has created a very intuitive app for both the user and the installer. This gave us full confidence that we can include Ajax Systems in our portfolio as one of our leading solutions in the business and residential sector."
Diego Di Giuseppe, director of the Southern Europe and LATAM Cluster at Ajax Systems, said:
"The beginning of this collaboration is extremely gratifying. Central de Alarmas de México, a benchmark in the market, is committed to Ajax, as well as the disruptive capacity of our security system. Thanks to our technology, we are able to add value to the monitoring center with a solution that will undoubtedly increase the user experience of all Central de Alarms customers".
